📋 Return & Exchange Policy — X2k

We only accept returns and exchanges in two cases:

∙ The product arrived with a manufacturing defect

∙ The product received is different from what was ordered (wrong model or color)

Conditions:

∙ The request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order

∙ The product must be in its original condition — unused and in original packaging

∙ A clear photo of the defect or issue must be included with the request

∙ Send your order number + a photo of the issue

∙ We’ll get back to you within 24 hours

Note: Size exchanges are only accepted if the wrong size was sent by us.
